Aparna Bhattacharya is a Consultant (Legal)/Assistant Professor at CTIL. She received her Bachelor of Law (B.A. LLB) degree from Amity Law School, Delhi (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University). She holds an LLM in International Trade and Investment Law from the Centre of Post Graduate Legal Studies, O.P. Jindal Global University where she received the Nani Palkhivala Memorial Gold Medal for Excellence in Law Leadership. Before joining CTIL, she worked as an Associate at A&A Law Office, New Delhi and the Department of Commerce, Government of India. Her areas of interest include International Trade Law, International Investment Law and International Dispute Resolution.
