Jamshed Ahmad Siddiqui is Research Fellow at Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL). Jamshed completed his B.com (Hons.) from Banaras Hindu University and LL. B from Delhi University. Siddiqui did his LL.M. from the South Asian University, New Delhi. Siddiqui was a holder of the South Asian Merit Scholarship during the LL.M course and has also qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) exam conducted by the UGC. Siddiqui was also engaged as an intern with the Delhi State Legal Service Authority (DSLSA). Siddiqui completed an online certificate course on "The Essential of the WTO/GATT - Revisiting the Fundamentals" offered by the Centre for International Law, National University of Singapore. Jamshed’s interest lies in international trade law and its intersection with other areas of law. Apart from the core functions of the Centre, he is engaged in advising on FTAs.
