Vishishth Malhotra graduated in law from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIPU, Delhi. He also holds an LLM in International Trade Law from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi. In his days at law school, he has participated in multiple moot courts one of them being the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot. He was also on the Editorial Board at the Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, NUALS, for an issue on Innovation and a Green Future: The Role of Intellectual Property. Before joining CTIL, he worked as a litigator under a Senior Advocate, as an Independent Legal Counsel and also served as an in-house counsel for an Indian startup.
