Harjodh Singh is an Associate at CTIL, currently deputed to Shri Anant Swarup in the Ministry of Commerce, and posted at the Directorate General of Trade Remedies. His current responsibility includes working on several Chapters of the various Free Trade Agreements being negotiated by India. Previously, he has worked on Intellectual Property Law in India (prosecution and litigation), Mode 4 of Services, on Steel, among other areas. He has previously worked in the World Trade Organization and World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva.
He completed the MILE from World Trade Institute, Bern, Switzerland in 2016, and LL.M - IPR in 2012 from National Law University, Jodhpur, India.
He is qualified to practice law in India and the Canadian province of Ontario.
