Amshuly Chandran is B.A. LL.B graduate from Amity Law School, GGSIP University and received her LL.M. Degree from National Law University Jodhpur, in International Trade and Investment Laws. While working for the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, Amshuly participated in RCEP, ECTA, EFTA, CECPA, BTIAs, RTAs and FTA negotiations. Following her stint at the DoC, Chandran enrolled in an advance degree program in Law at Stanford Law School. At the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL), she works on issues relating to dispute settlement. Publications: Co-Authored Research Paper in International Business Litigation on ‘Access to Chinese Digital Gaming Industry: A Case Study’ under Prof Robert Daines and Prof. Douglas Melamed (Deans Stanford Law). Op-ed paper in International Investment Law on ‘Future of ISDS Mechanism and India’s participation in ISDS Mechanism’ under Prof. Alan Sykes (Program Director IELBP Program Stanford Law).
