Shiva Singh is a Young Professional at CTIL Singh is a gold medallist in his LL.B. from University of Lucknow and holds an LL.M Degree from National Law University, Aurangabad (MNULA). Singh was a gold medallist at The Lucknow Public Collegiate in his High School. Singh has also practiced in different courts including National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and has experience of handling Insolvency and Bankruptcy (IBC) matters. Singh’s research work includes paper on barriers to Digital Trade, Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Laws in India (a comparative study of international regime). Singh has deep interest in international trade laws and is dedicated to pursue his passion.
