Sparsha Janardhan is an Associate at the Centre for Trade and Investment Law. Prior to joining the Centre, Sparsha was an intern with the WTO Legal Affairs Division, where she was part of the Secretariat team assisting the panel in a dispute. She was previously associated with the Centre (2018-2020), where she advised the Government of India on trade negotiations, WTO disputes and domestic policies.
Sparsha holds an LL.M from Columbia Law School, where she was a recipient of the Jagdish Bhagwati Fellowship. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur.
