Tarun Guddu is a Young Professional at the Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL) who
specializes in intellectual property rights and technology law. He has a master’s degree (LLM) in
IPR and Technology Law from Jindal Global Law School and a bachelor’s degree in law
(B.A.LLB Hons) from Kurukshetra University. He provides services in the areas of international
trade law related to IPR, Digital Trade, Technology Law, Data Privacy Law, and Legal
Compliance. Before CTIL, Mr. Guddu during his internship at CTIL worked on various issues in
relation to International Trade Law including Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), anti-corruption
and anti-bribery legal framework, United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC),
anti-corruption legal framework in India and space cooperation. He has also worked as a
technology advocate and a legal advocate in a law firm and courts. He is a technology enthusiast
and passionate about learning and growing in his field and connecting with experienced
professionals.
