Sarthak Raj is a Young Professional at CTIL. He completed his B.A.LL.B from Lloyd Law
College, Delhi NCR in 2022. He has previously worked at private law firms and as research
assistant to counsels in the area of Investment Law and Disputes. He is enrolled with the Bar
Council of Delhi and is qualified to practice law in India. His areas of interest include
International Trade and Investment law, and Disputes. He has been an active participant in
Moot Court Competitions and MUNs. In recent years, he has been involved with CILS and
has participated, coached as well as judged FDI Arbitration Moot, John H. Jackson WTO
Moot and Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot.
