The Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL), South Asia International Economic Law Network (SAIELN) and University of Wollongong, Australia organised a talk by Prof. Markus Wanger, Associate Professor, School of Law, University of Wollongong on “The Future of Trade Dispute Settlement: WTO Panels and The New Plurilateralism”. The event was chaired by Prof. Abhijit Das, Head and Professor, Centre for WTO Studies and the talk was followed by enlightening inputs from Dr. (Mrs.) Vijaya Katti, Professor and Dean, Administration (Academics) and HOD (Economics & Trade Policy), Dr. Ram Upendra Das, Head and Professor, Centre for Regional Studies and Dr. James Nedumpara, Head and Professor, CTIL. The event concluded with a question-and-answers sessions where the audience posed some deep and thoughtful questions which were answered by the brilliant experts gathered.
