The objective of this conference is to brainstorm on the new emerging laws governing trade and FDI in the digital era; India’s international trade and FDI regulatory regimes; the possible implications of binding rules on electronic commerce at the WTO; and India’s future FTAs and BITs with a focus on BREXIT.
