Alka Nanda Mahapatra is a 3rd-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at the National Law University Jodhpur. She has a keen interest in Trade and Investment Law as well as Business Law. Her initial curiosity for trade and investment law was further honed during her participation in the 15th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court Competition and her internship with the International Trade Law team at Sarvada Legal, New Delhi. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is also an Associate Editor at the Trade, Law, and Development Journal and an active member of the Centre for Gender Studies. She aspires to build a career in International Commerce and Finance following her completion of law school.

Anandita Srivastava is a third-year law student at National Law University, Jodhpur, driven by a curiosity for international trade law, public international law, and constitutional law. She is an Associate Editor at Trade Law & Development which has been a catalyst for cultivating an understanding of legal nuances. Beyond this, she actively participates in university life, holding memberships in the Centre for Studies in Banking and Finance and actively champions initiatives dedicated to fostering diversity and accessibility.

Arya Alexander is a fourth year law student at National Law University Jodhpur. She has a deep interest in public international law and international trade law which developed from her academic courses and internship. She is the managing editor of NLUJ Law Review and was a part of the team representing NLUJ in the 30th Willem C. Vis (Vienna) International Commercial Arbitration Moot, 2023. She hopes to use the present research opportunity to develop her interest and further hone her skills as a law student.

Fatema Kinkhabwala is a fourth year law student at National Law University Jodhpur pursuing Trade and Investment Law Honours. In pursuit of her deep interest in trade law, she has interned at various trade law teams, completed the CIL-NUS Academy of International Trade course, and qualified to the quarterfinals of the global rounds at the 14th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court. Beyond this, she is also a Senior Content Editor at the Indian Journal of Arbitration Law and a member of her University’s Legal Aid and Awareness Committee.
