Sakshi Kothari is currently pursuing LLM in International Trade Law from Gujarat Maritime University, Gandhinagar. Having recently graduated with honors  from Amity Law School, where she obtained B.B.A LL.B degree. She possesses a solid foundation in legal knowledge and skills. Throughout she  consistently achieved stellar grades, showcasing her profound analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in critical thinking.

These opportunities allowed her to contribute to drafting legal documents, conducting client interviews, and performing legal research with precision. In her quest to comprehend the interlinkages between International Commercial Arbitration, International Labor Standards, and International Relations, she pursued relevant courses from Alison learning, UNCITRAL, ITCILO, UNCTAD, WIPO. Moreover, she is intrigued by how trade negotiations often impede the sovereignty of nations, consequently affecting vital trade relations necessary for sustainable economic development.

Name- Srishti Rawat

Srishti Rawat is currently pursuing post-graduation in Maritime Law from Gujarat Maritime University, India. She had completed her undergradaution in B.A.LL.B(Hons) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She has Two-Years of experience in Litigation areas such as civil, armed force tribunal, green tribunal, and serious fraud investigation office matters, service matters and PILs in Delhi High Court. During her undergraduation, she had experienced various aspects of Litigation which helped her to generate her interest in Maritime Laws. She is intended to continue to work in the areas of maritime law and international arbitration law.

Student Name - Ipshita Prasad

Ipshita Prasad is currently pursuing post-graduation in maritime law at Gujarat Maritime University,Gandhinagar,India. She completed her under-graduation in B.A LLB (Hons) from IMS Unison University Dehradun wherein she was fascinated by the subjects of maritime environment, International law and corporate law. She has written research papers ,articles and contributed chapters in books in these areas.  She got placement from her university at a corporate law firm i.e Myadvo organisation in gurugram for 2 years in 2021 to 2022 . In her under-graduation, while doing an internship she came across various cases related to environment law, water bodies pollution , NI act,Motor vehicle act, international law cases etc.  which further sparked her interest in environment and trade law. Thereafter, she also worked in an Arbitration law firm at Delhi where she learned how arbitration works and what the role of arbitrator is in this fields. She intends to continue to work in the areas of international arbitration and trade.

Sara Save is highly motivated and results-oriented, currently specialising in Maritime Law. She is passionate about the Maritime industry and its unique legal challenges, and she is driven to make a positive impact in this dynamic field. She completed her undergraduate in BLS LLB from KES' Shri.J. H. Patel Law College, wherein she consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to the study of law as well as to Internships, the balance of which resulted in her grabbing the position of College Topper and Subject Topper at Mumbai University in the year 2023. She has excelled in courses such as Cyber Law from the Asian School of Law. Her work experience at Harsh Pratap Law, RMS Law Firm and the Chamber of S.C. Tiwari further allowed her to apply legal knowledge in real-world scenarios, enhancing her ability to provide well-reasoned legal solutions.

What truly resonates with her is Little & Co.'s experience, which includes assistance in the drafting of suits, assistance at Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Courts, various Magistrate Courts and in Arbitration proceedings, which includes thorough research on various aspects of law. She has also written various research papers in the field of Maritime in her post-graduation.

Student Name - Subhojeet Das

Subhojeet Das is currently pursuing Latin Legum Magister in INTERNATIONAL TRADE LAW at Gujarat Maritime University,Gandhinagar,India. He completed his under-graduation in   Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (Hons) from  Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) Dehradun wherein he was fascinated by the subjects of  International law and international business law.

He has developed a great interest in international law and diplomacy. He has done several key internships and certificate courses which has greatly influenced his liking towards the same.

He has previously worked closely and interacted with several renowned legal luminaries in various areas of International Law and has been active in several activities which are directly connected including intern under  INTERNATIONAL MODEL UNITED NATIONS by UNICEF.

He aspires to establish himself in a place that works for the welfare of the society on an international level as a trade lawyer.
